We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a NICU RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our neonatal patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and family.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN license in good standing with the Nevada State licensing board.
- Minimum of one (1) year post-graduate nursing experience in NICU required.
- BLS, NRP, STABLE certification required.
