Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our virtual emergency department. As a Virtual Emergency Nurse, you will work collaboratively with a team of navigators, RNs, Advanced Practice clinicians, and a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician to provide timely and effective care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a virtual setting, utilizing technology to reach patients 24/7/365.
  • Collaborate with patients' primary care physicians and specialists to optimize the patient experience.
  • Use triage tools and on-demand video visits to assess and manage patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a registered nursing program.
  • Minimum of 3 years diversified direct clinical experience in nursing, with ICU, Stepdown, Telemedicine, Emergency Medicine, or Critical Care experience preferred.
  • Missouri License or eligibility for Missouri License and eligibility for other state licensure.
  • BLS Certification within 6 months of hire.
