We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team by example and support the General Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, and customer service
• Lead the team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Support the General Manager in achieving business objectives
• Promote Cubby's culture and values throughout the organization
