Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine nursing care visits to patients in their homes, following specific physician orders.
  • Counsel and educate patients and their families on meeting their healthcare needs.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Delaware
  • At least six (6) months of experience within the last five (5) years working in a hospital, home care, or nursing home setting within the United States.
  • CPR certification
  • Negative TB test result
  • Pass a background check
  • Provide two (2) professional references
  • Able to travel to cases as assigned
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
