Position: QA Analyst

Overview:
The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products through meticulous testing and quality assurance processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in software testing methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and metrics to assess software quality.
  • Create, document, and execute software test plans, processes, and guidelines.
  • Design and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts while meticulously documenting results and managing defects.
  • Present internal and external test strategies, plans, and defect reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust software quality control program to ensure reliable and consistent delivery of production-ready code.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate test plan and test case reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Identify potential quality issues in accordance with established processes.
  • Isolate, replicate, and report defects while overseeing defect resolution efforts.
  • Understand business processes and requirements to align testing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about current technologies, tools, and methodologies in software testing.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
  • ASQ Certification (e.g., Quality Process Analyst, Quality Engineer).
  • Experience collaborating with technical programming teams.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Facilitation expertise.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools.
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards challenges.
