Responsibilities- Prepare patients for examinations by gathering vital signs and escorting them to exam rooms.
- Update and document patient medical records, including medications, allergies, and health history.
- Provide education and instruction to patients on medical procedures and tests.
- Assist with prescription refill requests and manage nursing in-box requests.
- Support administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and obtaining insurance authorizations.
- Document patient care encounters accurately and completely.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current license as an LPN in the State of Washington.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and performing administrative duties.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach.
- Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed.
- Competitive hourly rate of $31.90.
- Eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses.
