Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $11-$13 per hour, plus tips based on experience. Additionally, we offer a retirement account with a 3% match, free car washes, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Job Description

This role involves working outside to greet and connect with customers, master our menu services, and effectively communicate and sell services and/or memberships based on customer needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of our facility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license (or obtain one in the near future)
  • A strong desire to work directly with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated dependability, friendliness, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
