Job Title: Per Diem Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Pediatric Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care to children and families.

Job Summary:

This Per Diem Pediatric Nurse position is a 13-week assignment at one of our partnering hospitals. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current State Nursing License.
