Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team at IPEX Group of Companies.

This role will be based out of our Extrusion plant facility located in Pineville, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve equipment-related issues to ensure optimal production output.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement efforts to enhance machinery and equipment performance.
  • Lead the execution of maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals and objectives.
  • Perform daily shop inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Full-Time, Permanent Position with Comprehensive Benefits
