About the Opportunity:- Job Summary:
- This role involves providing physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director.

Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans to address specific needs.
- Implement interventions to help patients achieve set goals.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
Requirements:
- A doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
- A valid Physical Therapist License (California) is required.
