Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at our Oak Park Heights location. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales floor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Perform various sales floor tasks, such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and operating a cash register.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and placing merchandise on shelves.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The Store Clerk will work in a team environment, with regular communication and collaboration with other team members. The Store Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
