OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES :


The primary focus is to deliver outstanding patient care that fosters confidence, loyalty, and trust among patients, their families, and the community at large.

It is essential to comprehend and execute the mission and vision of Surgery Partners by adhering to exceptional service standards. Communication and interaction with colleagues and patients should always be conducted in a professional, responsible, and positive manner.

Acting as a resource, the nurse will effectively manage personnel and ensure that tasks are completed within designated time frames.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERED NURSES:
Provide comprehensive care for patients
Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
Maintain and update patient records and electronic health documentation.
Conduct medical procedures, including blood draws and administering vaccinations.
Dispense medications and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
Adhere to nursing regulations, standards, and policies at all levels.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff.
Exhibit strong clinical competencies.
Demonstrate exceptional patient interaction skills.
Evaluate and manage patient care during intraoperative, PACU, and postoperative phases.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; valid RN license required.
CPR certification mandatory.
ACLS certification required.
PALS certification required.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
Active state licensure is essential.
