Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team at the W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room. As a Barback, you will be responsible for assisting bartenders and other associates to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Check and maintain the proper set-up and cleanliness of the bar before, during, and after shift.
- Stock the bar before, during, and after shift.
- Cut fruit garnish and keep the garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
- Assist bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest needs.
- Adhere to all RHG brand policies and procedures.
- Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
- Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English language.
- Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
