As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of one of our Product teams, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to uphold the highest standards of quality for the TurboTenant platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting manual tests on the implementations by your product team and documenting any defects discovered during the process.
  • Investigating and prioritizing issues reported by our Customer Experience team.
  • Reviewing specifications and designs, and developing test cases and plans for upcoming work by your product team.
  • Identifying existing product issues and collaborating with team members to define effective solutions.

To excel in this position, you should:

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be steadfast and resolute in advocating for product quality.
  • Be enthusiastic about acquiring in-depth knowledge of the product, both front-end and back-end.
  • Be motivated to support your product team in delivering high-quality software promptly.

The compensation range for this role is $76,000 - $82,000, plus equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
