About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pullman Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Pullman, WA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional clinical services, including education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct functional capacity examinations and provide recommendations for rehabilitation and treatment.
  • Work with residents to develop and implement strategies for daily living and independence.
Requirements
  • Valid WA OT license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
