Production Manager

Boise Cascade is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, forestry, wood science)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in wood products or a related industry
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
