Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Full House Marketing & Staffing NC. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our apartment communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • Carpentry, masonry, and painting
  • HVAC systems maintenance (plus)

You will also be responsible for responding to resident service requests in a timely and accurate manner, making ready apartments for new move-ins, and completing grounds work as directed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and general carpentry skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
