Job Summary:

The Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Expert will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities, laboratories, and warehouse by performing maintenance, calibration, and repair tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment, utilities, and systems supporting cGMP Manufacturing, Laboratories, and Warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility, equipment, and systems to detect potential issues.
  • Respond to alarm notifications generated from the BMS/QEMS system to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Partner with Metrology to investigate anomalies using root cause analysis, metrics, and technical expertise.
  • Analyzing engineering drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, power plans, panel schedules, mechanical/plumbing piping diagrams, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience / Associates Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in instrumentation and equipment maintenance in a GMP environment.
  • Proficient in Blue Mountain and Siemens Desigo or Insight software.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $88,000 per year
