Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Data Architect to join our team at Allegro Home Delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing APIs that support various applications and services.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000-$113,000 based on location in Eagan, MN, and years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support various applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
  • Ability to be curious and solve ambiguous problems in an efficient, technology-oriented manner.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality and performance.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.

Leadership

  • Directly or indirectly lead by encouraging and fostering a culture of growth and personal development while achieving business objectives.
  • Be a flexible team player who can work with autonomy to make impactful, positive decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing with PHP programming language.
  • 2+ years of experience as an API Developer.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API design principles and JSON/XML formatting.
  • Experience with API testing tools/techniques and version control systems (ex: GitHub).
  • Knowledge of common database management systems (ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, T-SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • High School diploma.
