Job Title: RN - Home Health

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a leading national health care staffing company, is seeking an experienced RN - Home Health professional to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable customer and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RN - Home Health professional with a current Ohio license and at least 2 years of recent Home Health US nursing experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the home health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of total experience in your specialty
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications
  • Active Nursing License per state
  • Current Updated Resume
  • Supervisory Professional References
  • Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
