We're seeking skilled Laborers/CDL Drivers in the Redding/Arcata area who will report directly to our Market Manager. This opportunity allows you to join our team on the ground floor, learn and grow with us as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general labor duties and support on construction sites
2. Operate various equipment and tools safely and efficiently
3. Prepare trenches for pipes and utility lines
4. Signal equipment operators to ensure accurate alignment and operation
5. Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment on trucks
6. Participate in site setup and cleanup

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial driving experience (>1 year)
- CDL A License (required)
