Job Title: Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for managing QA deliverables and ensuring alignment to delivery and execution plans across functional, regression, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing teams implemented in Agile and waterfall models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage test management, defect management, and test completion of projects
  • Ensure QA deliverables are complete per project milestones
  • Perform requirement analysis, provide estimations for releases, and understand business technical specifications documents
  • Design test cases according to client requirements and execute them in QC execution tools
  • Collaborate closely with business users, business analysts, IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather and analyze integration requirements
  • Well-versed with log monitoring, identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting issues
  • Extensive problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Experience in Investment Management domain knowledge
