Job Summary

The Driver/Warehouse Associate is a critical role at Mygrant Glass Company, responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect incoming inventory, processing and stocking as needed.
  • Pick and load correct products and quantities for orders and transfers.
  • Clean and prepare glass for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, following established routes and schedules.
  • Process payments and record data accurately, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Receive and process return stock, completing necessary documentation and logs.
  • Assist customers during delivery and at will-call, providing excellent service and support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to health and safety policies and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR check.
  • 3-5 years of driving and delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Physical Demands

This position requires close visual acuity, ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels, and fine motor skills to handle glass. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
