Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of six months of experience in janitorial or building maintenance roles.
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License is mandatory.

Primary Duties

• Perform sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of various floor surfaces.
• Dust and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste receptacles.
• Ensure whiteboards, windows, and walls are kept clean.
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Manage custodial supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Assist with minor repair tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Follow the schedule set by the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to train and mentor student workers.
• Competence in operating cleaning machinery.

Compensation Overview

• Hourly wage ranging from $16.11 to $18.53, along with additional benefits.
