  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our technical teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience: In IT support roles, with a strong background in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
  • Novell or Microsoft Certification: Highly desired, but not required.
  • Expert Knowledge: Of MS Windows Server, SUSE Linux/Novell OES, VMWare ESX, and network protocols.
  • Administrator Experience: With directory services, such as NDS and/or MS Active Directory.
  • Experience with Other Novell or NetIQ Products: Including Identity Manager, Access Manager, or Zenworks, highly desired.
  • Experience with Fibre Channel Zoning and Provisioning SAN Storage Solutions: Especially Hitachi, highly desired.
  • VDI Experience: With VMWare Horizon View and ThinApp, highly desired.
  • Solid Customer Focus: And ability to manage client expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Tools: And ability to plan and oversee day-to-day activities independently.
  • Solid Troubleshooting Skills: Including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.
  • Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: And solid oral and written communication skills.
