Applied Behavior Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred
- Experience working with children
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
