We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining forming machines to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain forming machines to ensure optimal performance and meet production goals.
- Adjust machine settings to control speeds and temperature, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize forming techniques to shape plastic materials into specified forms.
- Monitor the production process and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and product quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure products are formed according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery.
- Document production data, including quantity, type, and specifications of materials produced.
