Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of warehouse functions, including delivering, storing, processing, and loading of warehouse inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package customer orders for timely delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to Will Call customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Unload, receive, and put away stock as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment via third-party carriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Transportation Support: Assist with loading trucks and provide backup driving support for morning and afternoon runs.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred, with ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and similar equipment.
  • Skills: Basic mathematics skills, interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills required.
Work Environment

This role operates primarily within the warehouse setting, with varying temperatures and moving equipment present. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Mental and Physical Demands
  • Mental Demands: Ability to understand direction, use logic to solve issues, and adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk for moderately long distances, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate weight up to 50lbs unassisted.
Travel and Education

No travel is required for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous warehouse experience preferred.
