Job Summary

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is part of the International Wire Services team which executes daily operating activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Reviews and processes all transaction requests, including the preparation of documentation and cash item delivery.
  • Service and Support: Coordinates with both internal and external parties to achieve business goals and streamline service experience.
  • Reconciliation: Maintains balance of cash items in vault or system.
  • Currency Proficiency: Maintains knowledge in area of work and inspects foreign cash items or transactions for accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in International Banking or Operations
  • Preferred qualifications: Wires experience, ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, basic Excel knowledge, and ability to work within multiple systems at one time
Compensation

Base pay for this position is generally between $16.58 per hour and $23.83 per hour in North Carolina, and between $19.64 per hour and $28.58 per hour in California.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
