Bartender Job Description

As a Bartender at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our customers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, managing cash and credit transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as mixology techniques and ingredients
