Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Negotiate and prepare sales contracts for orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Travel within the assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with customers, gathering market insights and evaluating customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing department to create suitable marketing materials and expand brand presence.
Analyze competitors' products and pricing, as well as market conditions, to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proven outside sales experience, with a deep understanding of sales dynamics and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
