About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Sierra Medical Center. As a part-time nurse, you will provide safe and competent care to patients in accordance with our facility's policies, standards, and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Construct and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of interdisciplinary care plans, developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet patient needs.
  • Complete hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Current NV nursing license
  • Current ACLS & BLS certificates
  • Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
