Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, answering questions about products and services, and providing recommendations.
- Process member transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with training and development of new associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, associates, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
