We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Groundwork Enterprises Limited. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for implementing landscape contracts in a cost-effective manner and to client/designer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and supervise a team of landscape contractors on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards and within budget.
- To develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of contracts.
- To provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that all projects are completed in a professional manner and that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
