Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment, ensuring the availability of clean dishes, and adhering to all food safety procedures and regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, and ensure they are properly stored.
• Bus tables and collect soiled plates and flatware.
• Assist other staff members with tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety procedures and regulations.
• Take out the trash and rinse trash cans.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Operate the dish machine safely.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Understand and follow all food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently.
