We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Clinical Director to lead our clinical programs in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality evidence-based services to our clients.

About the Role:
The Clinical Director will oversee a team of Clinical Supervisors and therapists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for implementing and elevating evidence-based clinical practices, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures, and conducting regular internal case audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective implementation of evidence-based clinical practices
  • Oversee a team of Clinical Supervisors and therapists
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Conduct regular internal case audits
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and procedures

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university. You should also have Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with developmental and pervasive disorders. Additionally, you will need 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
