Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy in individuals, while also providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and strategies to promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals.
  • Provide recreational, medical, and leisure opportunities for individuals, including transportation and meal preparation.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records, as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a caregiving or support role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Level One fingerprint clearance card.
