Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified HSE Leadership professional to join our team at Matrix Project Services, LLC. The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $230,000 per year. As an HSE Leadership professional, you will be responsible for managing the HSE organization through HSE professionals in each operating division. Your primary goal will be to ensure a zero-incident HSE culture by implementing and executing HSE strategies that align with company goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with operations personnel to design HSE programs that support the organization's needs and provide functional leadership and expert advice to management on emerging HSE trends, best practices, and other developments.
