Key Responsibilities:
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy and physicians to ensure accurate and timely medication requisitions and administration.
- Follow established infection control, emergency, and other center policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Work closely with the resident's interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' condition to the proper personnel in accordance with center policy.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
- Two years of prior nursing experience preferred.
