Fitness Ambassador

Job Summary

The Overnight Closer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires providing superior levels of service while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and tours.
• Facilitate account updates and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Closing shift duties include preparing for the next business day.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• A passion for fitness and health is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.

Working Conditions

• Standing and walking throughout the shift are expected.
• Talking on the phone and interacting with members are ongoing tasks.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights) is required.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits and additional compensation details will be provided during the hiring process.
