  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a positive and calming environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program or currently enrolled in the last year of an accredited nursing program with required courses and clinical objectives.
  • BLS certification and direct patient care skills obtained through an accredited nursing program.
