As a Residential Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently in their community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and instruction to clients in daily living activities and skills
  • Support clients in their community and at home
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
