New Home Representative

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Model Home Attendant. As a representative of The Reserves Network Inc, you will be responsible for showcasing our new homes to potential buyers, providing them with information about the model and community, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome potential home buyers into the model and make them feel welcome and comfortable
2. Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes
3. Provide model and community information to interested buyers
4. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, stoop, and climb stairs as necessary
• Reliable transportation required
