The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor & Delivery unit, working on a PRN night shift schedule. As an Obstetric Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to women and newborns during critical delivery stages.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Evaluate patient response and modify care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Licensure in Tennessee
- Relevant experience and certifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
