Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Hyatt Vacation Ownership. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Assist with surface preparation and painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, and light bulb and A/C filter replacement
  • Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work
  • Display working knowledge of all engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
