We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Packaging Corporation of America. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance technicians to achieve team goals
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance through the skill levels
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
