Penn State Health is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to assume a Clinical Staff Leader role in their Lemoyne, Pennsylvania location. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced RN to leverage their expertise in clinical care delivery and nursing leadership to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area and serving as a role model for professional nursing practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate nursing staff effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and performance metrics
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Two (2) years of related experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

The preferred qualification for this role includes but not limited to: Master's degree in Nursing or related field.

The estimated salary for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
