- We are in search of a proactive Emergency Room Registered Nurse to become part of our dedicated team. You will deliver nursing care for a range of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients, while collaborating within a supportive team environment.
- Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups
- Establish expected outcomes for individualized care plans
- Formulate strategies and alternatives to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage multiple cases concurrently, ensuring prioritization of patient needs
- Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals
- Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, maintaining a patient-centered focus
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or eligibility for licensure
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- BLS certification required prior to employment
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire
- ACLS or ACLS Instructor certification within 90 days of hire
- PALS or PALS Instructor certification within 90 days of hire
