About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Service Associate, providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. You'll be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting guests with luggage, and providing directions and information as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
  • Provide directions, information, and assistance to guests as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
  • One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Benefits

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
