About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Strategist II to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our Wealth Management Consultation group, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors in serving clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions-based strategies for clients with complex needs using a team approach, requiring specific technical knowledge in a particular subject matter area.
  • Communicate with financial advisors and clients to gain understanding of client needs, aid in documenting client goals, articulate investment strategy and recommendations, identify expertise needed to help the client achieve their goal, and help build relationships with clients and financial advisors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for a specific topic that supports the creation of goals-based advice recommendations for clients with complex needs.
  • Contribute to firm goals, projects, and initiatives to better serve branch teams and clients.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire.
  • Insurance license required within 6 months of hire.
  • CFP designation (or equivalent) process begun within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Law required.
